Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The trustBank Referral Program allows users to earn commissions by referring friends and colleagues to trustBank. Referrers earn a percentage of service fees generated by their referred users over a 90-day commission window.

2. Eligibility

• Must be a registered trustBank user with a valid account
• Must have completed basic KYC verification (Tier 1)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Cannot refer yourself or use multiple accounts to earn commissions
• Must comply with all trustBank terms of service

3. Commission Rates

Commission rates vary by service type:

* Commissions are calculated on service fees only, excluding network fees

4. 90-Day Commission Window

When a user signs up using your referral code, you earn commissions on all their service fees for 90 days from their signup date. After 90 days, you will no longer earn commissions from that user's transactions.

5. Minimum Payout Threshold

You must accumulate a minimum balance before requesting a payout:

• USD: $5.00
• NGN: ₦5,000.00
• USDT: 5.00
• BTC: 0.0001
• ETH: 0.001

6. KYC Requirement for Payouts

To withdraw your referral earnings, you must complete KYC Tier 2 verification (NIN/BVN verification). This is a regulatory requirement to ensure compliance with financial regulations.

7. Multi-Currency Support

Your commissions are tracked in the same currency as the service fees earned. You can have balances in multiple currencies and withdraw from any currency that meets the minimum threshold.

8. Fraud Prevention

trustBank uses advanced fraud detection to prevent abuse of the referral program. We reserve the right to:

• Suspend accounts engaged in fraudulent referral activity
• Reverse commissions from fraudulent transactions
• Permanently ban users from the referral program
• Report suspicious activity to relevant authorities

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to earn referral commissions
• Referring yourself or family members with intent to defraud
• Using automated tools to generate fake referrals
• Manipulating transactions to artificially increase commissions
• Sharing referral codes on spam or phishing platforms
• Any activity that violates trustBank's terms of service

10. Commission Accuracy

All commissions are calculated using precise decimal arithmetic and verified for accuracy. We maintain detailed audit logs of all commission calculations. If you believe there's an error, please contact our support team.

11. Program Modifications

trustBank reserves the right to modify commission rates, thresholds, and program terms at any time. We will provide 30 days' notice of significant changes. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

12. Liability Disclaimer

trustBank is not liable for any losses, damages, or missed earnings due to technical issues, network problems, or user error. All commission calculations are provided "as is" without warranty.
